GrainCorp's structure is based on public ownership and grower control. Grower control is maintained through a Foundation Share that confers defined voting rights and is held by Grain Growers Association Limited. The status of the Foundation Share is reviewed every five years when all shareholders are entitled to vote. The next vote will occur at the Annual General Meeting on 27 February 2008.
